A tipster shared Pixel 6 & 6 Pro hands-on images ahead of launch
In any case, these images have been shared by Snoopy, a tipster. He shared them via Twitter, and we get to see four Pixel 6 and three Pixel 6 Pro pictures here. The two galleries have been included below the article. These images do not really share any brand new information. We’ve seen both of these phones before, but these images are quite nice, and do give us a great look at both phones. You can clearly see that the regular Pixel 6 has a flat display, and thicker bezels, while the ‘Pro’ model offers a curved panel, and really thin bezels. Too bad that the white background isn’t used here, though, so that we can get a better look at those bezels. These images also show the rear camera setup on both smartphones. This is also not something new. The Pixel 6 will include two cameras back there, while the ‘Pro’ model will feature three.
Both phones will ship with the Google Tensor SoC, and 30W wired charging support
Both phones are expected to utilize glass and metal build, and both will ship with Android 12. The Google Tensor SoC will fuel these two phones, while 30W wired charging, and 23W wireless charging support were also mentioned. The ‘Pro’ model is set to offer 12GB of RAM, while we’re still not sure about the regular Pixel 6. It will ship with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, we’ll see. Several storage options will be available for both. A 50-megapixel main camera will be included on both, based on rumors. We’re probably looking at the ISOCELL GN1 sensor from Samsung. A 12-megapixel ultrawide camera will also be a part of the package on both phones, while the ‘Pro’ model will include a 48-megapixel telephoto camera as well. The Pixel 6 event is expected to kick off at 10 AM PST / 1 PM EST / 7 PM CET today. Pixel 6: Pixel 6 Pro:
